Dr. Abdul-Muhsin Tanko Shamun Baafi is a dynamic and accomplished building expert and IT specialist with over two decades of experience spanning construction, architecture, real estate development, and IT solutions. A passionate educator and leader, Dr. Baafi is recognized for his exceptional problem-solving abilities, multilingual communication skills, and dedication to community service, particularly in teaching Arabic and Islamic knowledge.

As the founder and managing director of Hybrid Leading Edge, Dr. Baafi has spearheaded innovative projects across IT, electronics, lubricants, and construction. He has also successfully collaborated with government agencies and private organizations in Ghana, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE to deliver high-quality infrastructure and services. His managerial expertise extends to businesses like Leading-Edge Academy, where he develops educational programs, and Rais-Meena Restaurant, which he launched in 2021.

Dr. Baafi holds a PhD in Information Technology from Rabbanian International University in New York, complementing his MSc and BSc degrees in IT from prestigious institutions in Ghana.
